Customer Service Specialist with Natural Health Experience and Extreme Interest in Hormone Balancing
My name is Astrid and I over 10 years of customer service experience, along with event coordination and project management. I have run my own online natural skin care and lifestyle business for 8 years now, and have a strong desire to learn more and make a greater contribution to the world.
I have been somewhat obsessed with natural health and “food as medicine”. I read Dr Mercola’s newsletter daily, as well as David Avocado Wolfe’s posts. I am a mother of 2, an artist, and an athlete who has been dealing with estrogen dominance, likely caused by abuse of caffeine, some dietary mistakes and over-training.
I have very high standards the it comes to customer service. I believe in treating others the way I wish to be treated, and I am a strong empathizer. I have taken a customer service test recently on the Flexjobs website, and I scored in the 90% percentile of all participants.
I have recently taken part in a live demo of Infusionsoft, and I have a basic understanding of how it works, and am also keen to learn more. I am tech savvy, a Mac-user and also have experience writing newsletters and articles.
