I left the corporate world roughly ten years ago and have worked almost exclusively from my home office just outside of Minneapolis since then. I have worked with many smaller companies in the area of Project and Process Management, Wholesale Distribution and Inventory Management, Customer Service and Operations Management.
I am a “will do” person who believes that any task assigned to me is my job and I complete it with the same intensity whether it be photocopying or implementing a new piece of software. I love smaller businesses due to the opportunities to assist in shaping them to the owners’ vision.
I excel at Customer Service because I truly care that customers have a great experience. I am able to ignore any drama and get to the root cause of the issue and get it resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
