I am interested in the Customer Service Representative position you have available. Assisting people can be rewarding. I know when I reach out for help I want the best service available.
One thing with my past work experience is know it takes a lot of patients assisting people with their needs. People can get very frustrated with their medical bills and insurance when they did not understand it. That is where my calm and positive attitude comes in handy.
I currently work from home three of the five-day work week. I drive 130 miles one way on the days I have to go to the office. Finding something a job where drive time is zero would be great, then I could spend more time with my 4-month old son.
