Creative Designer Interest

Hi there-

I am responding to your request for a Creative Designer. I know by now that you received A LOT of responses and that can be so overwhelming I know so I will be brief. I have been a Virtual Assistant and Project Manager for the last several years and have learned a TON about the Graphic Design and Branding Industry. SO I have alot of understanding of what clients are looking for. I am entry level but have alot of passion for graphic design and am learning every day for what we do.

I have experience with many systems including but not limited to ALL Google Apps, PM tools such as Trello, Teamwork, Asana, and Dubsado, File Management by means of Dropbox and Google Drive, web browser plug ins for maximum work accuracy and efficiency such as Grammarly and Lastpass, Experience with Infusionsoft for CRM management, as well as email automation and campaign creation.

o Customer Service Specialist: A comprehensive knowledge of the specific tools, procedures, and resources necessary for successful management of a large and diverse customer base. The ability to effectively implement strategies for large-scale customer support and service. I am a highly motivated employee who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
