I am inquiring about the Recruiting Associate position at TalentFront. I am drawn to this position because I believe it is a perfect fit for me and will help me to put my knowledge in skills in leadership and Human Resources to good use. Since completing my Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, I have spent the last several years serving my family as a stay-at-home mom. I have also worked as a receptionist in a large orthopedic practice that included more than 15 physicians, where I gained experience working in a high volume and high stress environment as well as strong multi-tasking and customer service skills. While in this position, I worked with a group of people whom, as a team, kept the check in process running smoothly and efficiently.
I believe I am a strong candidate for this position based on my strong attention to detail, outgoing personality, and genuine love for people. I have a true passion for people and leadership development, which I put to great use in my 5 years serving as a volunteer youth softball coach. I also spent 3 years serving in the nursery at Hope Christian Church, and have extensive customer service and sales experience that came from the 5 years I spent working in the hospitality industry. I am also currently pursuing my Masters of Business administration with a focus in Human Resources online through Regent University. Through education I have developed strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the Google Platform. I am extremely driven, loyal, and dedicated in both my professional life and personal life. I live my life according to a strong moral standard and believe in honesty, compassion, and truth above all else.
Enclosed you will find my resume which highlights my skills, education and experience. I appreciate your consideration as a candidate for this position and I hope to put my skills to excellent use as part of your company.
