I am writing to express my interest in the administrative/virtual assistant position. With my strong professional background, office manager skills, clerical experience, and great phone etiquette, I am confident I can perform well for this task.
Briefly here is my profile:
8 years of Project Manager experience, with responsibilities ranging from purchase orders to scheduling, editing, customer service, and invoicing.
Excellent telephone and in-person skills; able to quickly establish rapport with clients and vendors, identify needs and match them with the appropriate resources.
Highly organized, efficient, energetic, reliable, flexible, with strong skills in multi-tasking; and able to create office systems and implement new processes.
Trilingual in French, English and Spanish.
All my years of working in a service-oriented position has given me organizational, communication and problem solving skills that would make me a strong candidate for the administrative/virtual assistant position.
