I am interested in the Virtual Assistant position that you posted on hiremymom.com. I believe that my extensive customer service experience in the technical industry makes me an ideal candidate for this position.

You listed the most important requirement as having excellent telephone and customer service skills. I’m your girl. The customer reviews and ratings that I received in my former customer service position were above average. In that same position, I received training and experience using CRM software. I absolutely enjoy creative writing and would love the opportunity to do so regularly and with a purpose. My sales background will help prepare me to close appointments. I have worked independently, and as a part of a team. I am open to both. You also mentioned Facebook Marketing, I do have moderate experience using this tool, but some training definitely couldn’t hurt. The only part of this position that I would need full training on, would be Google Adwords and pay per click marketing.
