Glass Gecko Window Cleaning
Dear Mr. Wheeler,
I am writing to express my interest in the position of Virtual Assistant for your company. I am very interested in this job, and while my resume may seem a little varied, I do feel that I would be an excellent fit for this position.
I was a middle school science teacher prior to having my second child; I then stayed at home while my children were young. I began substitute teaching when they were both in elementary school. However, my husband is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army and we move quite frequently. A virtual job that can stay with me despite our many moves is definitely the career path that I feel I need to take.
I am a graduate of Southwestern University where I obtained a B.A., cum laude, in Kinesiology. However, my skills go far beyond the boundaries of this major. My strengths lie in research, organization, interpersonal skills, multi-tasking, and having a strong competitive drive. I am a very quick learner, with a desire to push myself and learn as much as possible in any area that I am working.
I feel that I am very well suited for this job based on the fact that I am a hard worker, am very organized, and very reliable. I am very experienced with Excel, and used it throughout my college and teaching years. Due to my past experience as a middle school science teacher, and my current experience as an active military spouse, and an involved parent volunteer at schools and sporting events for my children, I would be able to take on the task and duties that this position is requiring.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I am available for an interview anytime; feel free to contact me at 910-584-2774 or firstname.lastname@example.org. I look forward to hearing from you.
