My name is Jessica Nicklos, and I am writing to express interest in the HR Hand Holder position on HireMyMom.com. While my HR experience is not exactly traditional, I can ensure that I would do my part so your spouse is held accountable in their job search.
A few years ago, I spent numerous months sending out hundreds of applications with my husband so we could move to our dream location in Florida. I was incredibly persistent in helping him to apply and assembling the items that he needed. I created numerous checklists and check-in points to ensure that we stayed on task. Through this process, he ended up with a job in our ideal location and we ended up moving. Additionally, I am a certified Life Coach, so I am skilled in motivating people in a positive, helpful way. I am a planner by nature and trade, and organization is my strong suit.
Â· I am an extremely organized, detail-oriented person who completes every task with passion. I currently work as the Director of Client Services for eBoot Camp, and I am a graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication. I also hold freelance positions in digital marketing as well, which broadens my scope of clients and experiences. In my current job positions, I work for numerous organizations, undertaking customer service, writing and marketing tasks through Constant Contact, iContact, MailChimp and Exact Target email marketing programs (design and content), website management, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, YouTube), newsletter creation, and online/print marketing for various businesses. I am very comfortable interacting with clients, scheduling meetings, and completing various communication tasks.
Â· Additionally, I run various social media profiles, blogs, and marketing campaigns for small businesses, corporations, and non-profits.
Â· I have worked remotely on a Mac for four years, a way of working which requires a lot of independence, self-motivation, and reliability.

I have had the privilege of working with a variety of clients in various niches – creating fresh content, utilizing consistent social media schedules, and communicating with their client base.
