Cover Letter 2017

Dear Hiring Manager:

It is with great interest and enthusiasm that I respond to your job opening for Lead Manager. I strongly believe that the skills and abilities I have gained over the years make me an excellent candidate for this opportunity. The key proficiencies I possess which relate directly to your job requirements include:

• Communication skills – excellent at building a great rapport with prospects
• Planning and organizing – proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and assignments based on significance
• Team player – strong reputation as a competent team member who is always willing to go above and beyond to achieve results.
• Self-starter – highly motivated employee with the ability to learn quickly and take responsibility for my own development

I am convinced that my previous experience as a leasing consultant has equipped me with a strong set of valuable competencies that meet your needs. In my most recent leasing position, I was responsible for maintaining at least a 90% occupancy rate for a 709 unit luxury style complex. I completed move ins, move outs, closed sales, completed lease packages, hosted tours, screened tenants, collected documents and payments, completed walk through inspections and developed marketing plans through advertisement. I also helped out at our sister properties when they were short staffed and later gained a second job title due to my diligence.

I am very eager at the prospect of meeting you personally and discussing more in how I can assist you. Thank you for your time and consideration and I look forward to speaking with you soon.

Sincerely,
Sajayda Farmer

To Whom It May Concern,

I am very interested in the job you recently posted on hiremymom.com. I think I would be the perfect candidate for the position as I have been working in the veterinary field for over 6 years as a customer service representative.

I am a 28-year-old mom from Mahomet, Illinois. I am very familiar with Veterinary Software, Microsoft Office, Social Media sites, and I am always willing to learn more! I’ve been working as a customer service representative for the past 6 years. I am able to manage my time and work load independently. I am detail oriented, organized, motivated, and love the challenge of new opportunities. People often describe me as friendly, compassionate, and great at multitasking.

At my current part time job I am in control of answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling surgeries/appointment and boarding reservations for overnight/extended stays. My main goal is to keep customers happy and coming back for services. I look forward to hearing from you!

I have attached my resume for you to review.

Thank you for considering me!

Sincerely,
Kate Beaumont
