Dear Ms. Davis:

I recently learned about your pediatric therapy program in Santa Clara County all the way from Corpus Christi, Texas! With my presentational educational skills I have done for many of our local elementary schools including educating special needs students of all ages I believe I would be a strong candidate for the position that will enhance my social and writing skills.

I am aware of the several programs you provide such as wellness programs, programs for parents and therapy solutions. These programs go hand in hand with education and what perfect way to educate the parents of special needs children with important blog topics about health, feeding, speaking, and activities to provide parents with the right information.

As you can see in my resume my major is in the dental profession clinically, however I want to enhance my social and writing skills to educated people and change the way people think by writing. On a personal note I have flexible hours as for I am expecting a child and would like to use my time to help others in a positive way!

Dear Beam Financial Group ,

I am interested in the bookkeeping position if it is still available.

I have also enclosed my resume with this letter. It describes my educational background and experience.

Currently I work part-time and am looking for another part-time job to do from home on my days off.

I have worked with QuickBooks for the last 13 years in my current position, but have not used QuickBooks Online. I would be able to learn quickly and be willing to do whatever training is necessary.

Thank you for your precious time and consideration. Hope to hear from you.

Sincerely,

Carol Prunty

Dear Cynthia James,

I have taken the time to look over your website. I must say you are an amazing woman with a great message. I would be delighted to work by your side. I am excited to have the possibility sharing with you some of the skills I have honed to help make your life just a little lighter. Today my boss is the Chief Executive Officer of a multimillion dollar dental group called North American dental group. I serve her every need. As her office manager. I work alone with no direction on a daily basis. She emails me her needs and satisfy those well within the required time limits. I also serve a staff of 8 team members. Please, do notice I said serve because we are not a normal corporation. We are kind of upside down. Here our patient come first and then our lowest paid employees, lower management, regionals, and upward from there.
In my job I use forward thinking every day to try to create new ways to save money for my patients or create opportunities for my staff. I never have to be motivated. I am motivated by the changes I see in my staff. I hold very strong administrative skills and am very tech savvy. I also have experience in booking travel. I think my skills and dedication your need for a virtual assistant will be more than satisfied!
My objective is to speak to you regarding this position as soon as possible. I am very excited about the potential we have together.

Sincerely,

To whom it may concern:
As my resume indicates, I have roughly ten (10) years of professional experience in an administrative capacity.
I have worked as an assistant for upper management professionals as well as a President/CEO. During my employment I have gained professionalism, flexibility and the experience necessary to successfully meet the needs of any position or title in your company. It is my hope to share my experience with you so that you may grow your business.
I have much to offer in the way of experience in that I have worked in three (3) industries: the medical field, Cellular Communications and with Speakers/Authors. Within these industries I have had the opportunity to learn human resource policies, procedures and the protocol necessary to enforce them ethically and without liability. From my work in both areas I have sharpened my organizational skills, attention to detail and my ability to work with speed and accuracy.
In my past and current positions I have gained experience in research, writing reports, designing high impact Power Point presentations, logistical preparations, event details, and much more.
Combine all of this experience with my natural talents (problem solving, logistical planning, and research) and with my work ethic you have a well-rounded candidate you will be proud to have on your staff.
Finally, in all the previous positions I have held, I have approached them as opportunities for career advancement and discovery. I will bring the same entrepreneurial spirit and value added vision to your office.
It is my sincere hope that you will consider me a strong candidate for this position. Please feel free to call me should you have questions.
Very truly yours,

Sherri Howe
