I am ridiculously organized, I enjoy gathering information and working through details. All of this may be tedious to most, but it is the part of my job I enjoy most; therefore, I am good at it. Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself. My main job before I retired, was as a Stockbroker/Branch Manager/VP, Oil & Gas Analyst, for Advest, Inc. based in Hartford, Connecticut. They were bought out by Wells Fargo. I had been used to being available to my clients 24/7 and the money certainly made it worthwhile. The hours however and the constant stress of trying to maintain the highest levels of returns for my clients, had me looking to retire very early, as I had made enough by then to be able to live quite comfortably.

I have experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Oil/Gas Industry, Management, Customer Service, Cosmetics, and Antiques. I learned a lot during the time I owned the Salon in Enfield, CT and I understand Skin Care and Cosmetics very well. I worked in Retail Management before College, and while at Simmons in Boston, would make money on the side by selling roses, both across the street from Fenway Park and to local restaurants, where I had contracts and would service their flowers (taking dead, replacing with new). I actually did amazingly well doing it and really enjoyed meeting all the people.

As you can see, I am highly qualified for a good paying full time position. That is not what I desire at this point in my life. I do need to feel like I am producing something, as I have become restless over the years of retirement.
