Good evening Frederic,

After reviewing the Office Manager job description, I am highly confident I would be an excellent fit for your team. I see the job was posted in October and am hoping it is still open. While my most recent roles have been on the corporate side, I have run offices in my time working in the small business world. In my last corporate role, I was a Customer Service Supervisor for the Customer Service team for XPO Logistics, Inc in partnership with Boeing where we were responsible for ensuring supplier needs were met for 75+ domestic and international suppliers. My primary responsibilities included managing a team of 13 people and continually tracking and reporting to upper management the status of ongoing projects. My daily role revolved around problem solving with both my team for their assigned suppliers and with upper management for my organization and Boeing. I also was responsible for producing and/or updating all the quality process documents for our department. I regularly prepared my team for both internal and external audits.

My highest level of professional satisfaction is achieved by knowing that I have made a solid contribution. I love knowing that I am an essential building block for my employer’s success. Daily problem solving is what I miss most about my last job. Whether it involved collaboration with team members, other industry professionals, or extended research, I love the problem-solving process.

I have my Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus in International Business as well as my Masters in Business with a focus in Marketing. I am highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Google Docs. I have worked in CRM systems before, but not Salesforce specifically. I am highly confident that I will pick up on it quickly as the systems I worked with previously were more archaic than Salesforce which is much more user friendly.

I have to say that for most of my life, I have not been a fan of coconuts. However, while in Guatemala six years ago, I bought a sandwich bag full of fresh coconut which changed my view of the coconut forever. My priorities have shifted in the past year. I am more concerned with working for a company that shares my core values around keeping the customer #1 while also believing that nothing moves your company forward more than quality, positive employees.
