I am interested in your open position for an Executive Assistant. With my previous experience and education, I feel I would be a positive fit for this position. I am well equipped to work from my home office and will provide your company with quality work. As you will see from the attached resume, I am experienced and proficient in handling critical administrative responsibilities, which I feel meet your requirements.
What my resume does not reveal is my professional demeanor, my energy, and my excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. In me, you will discover a multi-tasking and extremely hard-working associate – one who will serve a high standard of professionalism. I have experience in management, leadership, MS Office Suite, WordPress, Google Docs, Dropbox, and efficient in PowerPoint. I have taken many online education courses, and have made a positive impact in previous companies with my administrative and organizational skills. At my former job, I created a digital filing system for documents, which made it easier to locate when needed. I implemented ways to better complete tasks on time and organized a storage system for products in-house.
I welcome the opportunity to discuss the position further.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
