Dear Chris:

I was excited to see your opening for a Customer Service Representative at Hire My Mom, and I hope to be invited for an interview. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me.

I spent the past 16 years in cable advertising sales. My region was Michigan to Colorado and I was the only presence. My support staff was in two different time zones, other than mine. So why do you care? I know how to communicate remotely. As the sole representation of my company, I managed all of the customer relations ensuring positive experiences, even when something went wrong. I am extremely organized and detail oriented, evening implementing a CRM at my previous company. I know how to prioritize, multi-task and work efficiently, I am who you need to help your customers stay happy and grow your company by keep those customers satisfied.

On a personal level, I’m a mother and aunt of Lego enthusiasts!
