Dear CGK Folks,
I know I have already applied but feel THIS cover letter and attached resume better explain my qualifications to work with you. My apologies for the inconvenience.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to apply for this position. Having just yesterday completed my final shift with 7desk, your posting really caught my attention as it sounds like an e-environment into which I would easily fit.
You have the honor of being the first application that I am submitting!
I really and truly loved my job at 7desk/Phaiser and do believe in the Phaiser brand. Â I spent most of my days answering tickets of all types and accounted for an average of 20% plus of all the tickets handled. Â
I know that I saved time on back-and-forth messages (misunderstandings) because of my effective communications skills and superior understanding of English. Â I am bit of a computer geek as it is, so all the learning and discovery that I had the opportunity to explore in the world of e-commerce was enormously eye-opening. Â I hope to continue this trend with CGK Unlimited.
Your sheets, pillows and comforters really look totally awesome and also are reasonably priced!
I really enjoyed interacting with fellow agents as well as customers in the effort of genuinely doing the right thing by way of a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, with rational thought put into each and every ticket.
It is unfortunate that company restructuring led to my position being lost. I put in over 50 hours per week in actual work and was one of their most dedicated employees. I left on great terms and have two supervisors who have offered letters of reference.
I look forward to being able to bring the skills and abilities gathered from my full seven months to the CGK Unlimited team.
I feel that my other customer service and technical experience (both from home with SGS and in an office with Purolator) combines to contribute to the two-years of experience.
I have attached an improved, easier-to-read resume.
Please let me know if there is anything more I can do. 🙂
Thank you so much for reading this.
