Breel Cover Letter
Dear Mr. Breel:
I must admit I was very inspired reading about your social activism for mental health, impressive to say the least. Your post for a job candidate with experience in sales that will help to expand your reach virtually to high schools is of great interest to me. I’ve spent the past 25 years working as an Account Executive in the health care industry, through this work I’ve had many opportunities to assist clients navigate the often complex health care system when they are trying to access mental health services for a loved one. In addition to my work related experience, I am a mother to three young children and although I have not personally suffered post-partum depression, in my close circle of friends this has been prevalent. I have watched my own mother for years care for her sister who is bi-polar. The challenges there can be quite exhaustive and the resources for treatment limited. I am a passionate people person who derives the most joy out of life from connecting and serving others.
It would love the opportunity to speak with you about this position. Please contact me at: 415.314.1678 any weekday or evening. I appreciate your considering my cover letter and enclosed resume. Even if I am not the right fit for this position, I wish you the best of luck as you expand your reach and continue to help others understand mental health issues, this is such an important and often overlooked aspect of our society.
