B2B Fusion Assistant

Dear Jon,

I’d like to be considered for the Assistant position available at B2B Fusion which was just posted on hiremymom.com. I am extremely reliable, organized, a fast learner, and am based in Chatham, New Jersey.

Much of my professional experience has been in marketing and event management, and 4 years ago I started my own concierge business – where in addition to running everyday errands for clients I also take on project work for small business owners. I have extensive experience overseeing projects such as marketing and publicity campaigns, trade show planning, and for the past 2 years I have provided client support for a start-up website.

I’ve just finished up a project working for a winery, where I filled in for someone out for 8 months on maternity leave. In this role I was responsible for all administrative tasks for their US office, including everything from handling credit card payments and travel arrangements, to submitting wines to the media for review. Another local client of mine required a background check and all went well with that and I then worked for him for 2 years. A quick response time is something I am used to, and I would be happy to provide you with references of people who I have worked with who can attest to that.

As far as computer proficiency, I would classify my abilities as a 9 since I am very comfortable using all of the tools you listed with the exception of ZoomInfo. While I would be comfortable with a 30-day trial, a longer term arrangement would be my preference.
