After reviewing the job description, it is clear that you’re looking for a candidate that is extremely familiar with the responsibilities associated with the role, and can perform them confidently and with great attention to detail. Given the requirements, I am certain that I have the necessary skills to successfully do the job adeptly and perform above expectations.
I am a great fit for this position because I am a hard-working professional that has constantly been praised as self-motivated and disciplined by my peers and clients. Over the course of my 17-year career I have developed a skill set directly relevant to the administrative role you are hiring for. I have consistently demonstrated excellent organizational skills, customer satisfaction, critical thinking, financial bookkeeping, as well as multi-tasking abilities in every aspect of my Owner/Operator role at Excel Enterprises and Xplore CPT. A majority of the roles in both of these businesses were done working from my home office with the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel. I split my time between Houston, TX and Cape Town South Africa. When I am in Cape Town I am 7 hours ahead of east coast time, but I have no problem being available by phone or email during east coast business hours. I can reply very promptly to messages and emails. I have all office equipment I need in both homes to be able to work seamlessly.

I will have no problem with passing any background check, and have never filed any type of bankruptcy.

I will have no problem replying within 24 hours to any requests. I can confidently say 10-12 hours would be the max I would ever take to complete a request.

As a self employed business owner I don’t have any professional references that can attest to my skills, but I am happy to provide you with personal and client references if you’d like

I am very comfortable (9) with the Google platform, including google calendar, sheets and docs, also a 9 in PowerPoint and MS Word. Dropbox, LinkedIn and You Tube I’d rate myself a 7, and Last Press is not a platform that I have used, but I have used other password managers quite a bit. After a little research on Last Press it seems very straightforward and similar to what I have used, so I’d say an 8.

I would definitely be open to a long term arrangement. This sounds like a great position and I am excited to learn more about it.
