Application for position

Hi there,

I saw your listing on HireMyMom and wanted to apply for the position.

I have a degree in business management majoring in marketing.

I was my husband’s right hand / publicist / office manager / phone caller / email writer / promotions / merchandise stocker – the list goes on 🙂 – for about 19 years. He is an Olympic silver medallist and former WBC world boxing champion.

I don’t like things to slip through the cracks and, having a 20 year old daughter to keep an eye on – even though she’s pretty self sufficient – I’m extremely detail oriented. When things need to get done, they get done!

For the last 10+ years I have been a VA for several companies, some on a temporary and some on a permanent basis.

Part of my job description was to answer customer requests / email several times a day, follow up on voicemails, check in on weekends and at night, and comment / post to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

I have no problem responding to emails as soon as they show up on my phone since it is usually attached to my hip!

I am versed in Ontraport and Infusionsoft as well as Asana, Basecamp, Slack and every other organizational software you can imagine.

I have a couple of other clients at the moment but I only work for them a few days each month. I am available throughout the day as needed.

My current hourly rate is $25.
