Over the past 11 years, Iâ€™ve been a stay at home mom and homeschool parent.
Before I became a stay at home mom I worked for a few great companies, and acquired a range of experience. Some of the past positions I held include Customer Service Rep, Lead Sales Executive, Professional Debt Collector, Customer Experience Specialist, Social Media Manager, and Quality Assurance Support.
Whatâ€™s made me stand out in these roles, is being very detail oriented, staying organized and working as efficiently as possible.
I have experience working directly with customers, consumers and businesses, so I have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
In my spare time, Iâ€™ve been ghostwriting consumer product reviews for a small product comparison blog and doing some transcription work on the side.
Being a stay at home parent has given me the opportunity to improve my time management skills and juggle home and work responsibilities. Currently, I am available to tackle what is needed for this position throughout the day, and being a night owl, Iâ€™m also available for later in the evening, after business hours if needed.
