Hi, I’m Jenny, and am also in ATX!

Over the past 11 years, I’ve been a stay at home mom and homeschool parent.

Before I became a stay at home mom I worked for a few great companies, and acquired a range of experience. Some of the past positions I held include Customer Service Rep, Lead Sales Executive, Professional Debt Collector, Customer Experience Specialist, Social Media Manager, and Quality Assurance Support.

What’s made me stand out in these roles, is being very detail oriented, staying organized and working as efficiently as possible.

I have experience working directly with customers, consumers and businesses, so I have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In my spare time, I’ve been ghostwriting consumer product reviews for a small product comparison blog and doing some transcription work on the side.

Being a stay at home parent has given me the opportunity to improve my time management skills and juggle home and work responsibilities. Currently, I am available to tackle what is needed for this position throughout the day, and being a night owl, I’m also available for later in the evening, after business hours if needed.
