Dear Hiring Manager,
I am interested applying for the position you have posted on Hire My Mom. I have many years of customer service experience, most recently teleworking as a Relocation Coordinator for a moving company based out of New York. My main responsibilities were coordinating commercial moves, which involved working with the timing of deliverables, coordinating third party vendors, and constant client communication. I am accustomed to multi-tasking, working with tight deadlines, and maintaining client confidentiality.
I have experience with several different platforms, both on Windows and Mac, including the Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, AS400, and Great Plains, so learning a new platform will not be a challenge.
In the interest of full disclosure, I do want to mention that there are a few gaps in my work history. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to be a stay at home mom when my three children were very young. I just wanted to eliminate any questions. I will be happy to provide any references upon request.
