I am interested applying for the Administrative Assistant position you have posted on HireMyMom.com. I have 15+ years of customer service, administrative and data entry experience, most recently teleworking as a Relocation Coordinator for a moving company based out of New York. My main responsibilities were coordinating commercial and International moves, which involved working with the timing of deliverables, coordinating third party vendors, billing and collection of payments. I also have a background with banking and management, so I feel confident that performing credit inquiries will pose no issues to me.
Additionally, I have a separate home office, so there will be no chances of distractions during my work day.
I have experience with several different platforms, both on Windows and Mac, including SunGard Trust Systems, Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, AS400, and Great Plains, so learning a new platform will not be a challenge.
