In my previous Administrative role, I maintained an exceedingly functional office environment while providing administrative support for a fast-paced organization. I have a knack for problem solving and work well independently with little oversight. I respond to requests form colleague and clients in a timely manner and am adept at prioritizing multiple ongoing projects with ease.

Building immediate rapport with clients, callers, visitors and VIPS.
Handling correspondence, reporting, and documents with efficiency and accuracy.
Creating reports and writing documents that support business needs.
Managing day-to-day calendars, activities, and travel arrangements for senior professionals.

I am a self-starter and excel at inventory management, meeting support, program usage, payroll and account functions, as well as social media and event planning. Beyond these great qualities, I am seeking a position working as an Administrative Professional within an educational environment. I am also deeply familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Onbase, and adapt quickly to new programs beyond my long list of Super-user functionality.
