Administrative Assistant Candidate
To Whom It May Concern,
I am a 55 year old empty nester looking for an administrative assistant job. I have a versatile skill set that makes me an asset to any company looking for an experienced, responsible go getter.
I have excellent communication skills- both written and verbal. I have excellent computer skills and social media skills.
I am very proficient on a MAC computer with any administrative need- writing emails, making flyers, newsletter, editing video, posting on social media platforms.
I can also do some general book keeping. I used quick books when I volunteered as treasurer for the school PTO. I managed an $30,000-$70,000 budget for the school.
I have also been assisting my husband for years with his expenses reports, travel and general book keeping. He owns 3 small business.
I recently took on the role as project manager for a home building project where I was in charge of overseeing the $800,000 budget. I negotiated with contractors and vendors. I am proud to say the house came in significantly under budget. I was able to negotiate great deals for the builder saving much money without sacrificing any quality.
My maturity and experience in my various jobs makes me an excellent candidate for any administrative assistant job. I hope you will consider me.
