Hi! My name is Jared Nations and I love my Mom! That’s why I’m here.

I am looking for a trustworthy part-time team member to help with our customer care for our new software business. We’re scaling fast, and right now all of our customer emails go directly to my inbox. Oof!

This position is part-time (right now our current rep manages the inbox in one hour a day) and could scale into full-time as the business grows.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Managing the email inbox and responding to customers
  • Moderating and responding to comments in our support site
  • Creating FAQs and video tutorials
  • Working directly with me to identify software bugs and UX improvements

This is a very flexible position. The work can be done at any time of the day and whichever Mom takes this position does not need to be glued to a computer form 9-5. Get some emails done in the morning, some in the afternoon. Whatever works for you.

If this initial role goes well and there’s desire for more hours there’s opportunity to expand this role.
