We’re a fast-growing high-ticket marketing consultancy that builds and manages funnels, webinars, ads, and automation systems for entrepreneurs, coaches, and investors. Our clients are top-tier — meaning speed, accuracy, and follow-through matter.

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Integrator — someone obsessed with organization, accountability, and execution. You’ll be the right hand to the founder, helping turn ideas and client requests into finished deliverables.

Your Mission
Keep all client projects and internal initiatives moving — on time, error-free, and fully executed — without the founder needing to chase or check in.

You’ll coordinate between our creative, tech, and ads teams to ensure every project gets done right.

Key Responsibilities
Own daily execution flow: make sure every client request turns into a task and gets completed.
Coordinate with creative (John), GHL tech (Aljun), video (Brent), and PM (Chris) to move tasks to completion.
Review and QA deliverables before sending to clients (funnels, automations, emails, etc.).
Manage deadlines, updates, and client deliverables in ClickUp (or similar PM tool).
Handle internal reporting — ads performance, funnel stats, show-up rates, and call bookings.
Document repeatable processes into SOPs and checklists.
Communicate with the founder daily via Slack — summarize project progress and roadblocks.
Anticipate needs: catch details before they become issues (broken tags, missed texts, wrong links, etc.).

Ideal Background
3+ years managing marketing or digital agency projects
Comfortable in tools like GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, Slack, ClickUp, and Google Drive
Understands funnels, webinars, ads, tagging, tracking, and automations enough to troubleshoot basics
Extremely organized — borderline OCD about checklists and systems
Great communicator — clear, concise, and proactive
Works well independently but thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment

P.S. Disclaimer….

this is a fast pace, start up style operation.

It’s not a structure “9-5”.

You aren’t required to “clock in”.

There will be very laid back days where nothing is required and… there will be chaos days that bleed into a a couple weekend quick texts or voice notes.

(I say this because it’s sunday, when I USUALLY do not work at all but I had 2 clients call me and I have to send a voice note to the team about pivots and changes.)

I’m not saying you are expected to work during your weekends but if random text come through and the team needs a quick all hands, if that is the sort of thing that bothers you this fast pace environment probably isn’t for you.

Also, TODAY we don’t have enough work or budget to bring someone in FULL TIME. I hope to work up to that, and fast. This more of a, “Part time +”.

Ideally who ever applies is not desperate for full time, cool with starting off part time and willing and wanting to grow into full time as we grow.
