Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and organized Lead Manager to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, so kindness and clear communication are key. The main goal of this role is to set appointments by nurturing and managing leads effectively. This role is 100% remote and designed to be family-friendly with flexibility in scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Make 50-100 outbound calls/texts per day to warm and cold leads (you can break these up into time blocks that work best for you).
Follow up consistently with leads to build relationships and maintain trust.
Create and maintain an organized pipeline of leads.
Utilize Follow Up Boss (CRM) to track and manage lead data.
Communicate warmly and effectively with potential clients and team members.
Set appointments for our acquisition team.
Provide daily / weekly updates to the team on progress,.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships over the phone.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Experience with CRM systems preferred.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls each day.
Previous remote work experience a plus.
