Are you the kind of person who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves owning client relationships, and gets a kick out of clear, proactive communication? Do you pride yourself on being “the one who just gets it done”—no hand-holding, no drama, just reliable follow-through, happy clients, and killer results?
Good. Keep reading.
We’re an irreverent, ROI-obsessed marketing agency that runs influencer-driven ad campaigns for e-commerce brands. We’re not into fluff, fake metrics, or babying clients with bad ideas. We’re here to drive performance—and we need someone who can own the relationship side of that equation.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
Be the primary point of contact for a set of client accounts
Run client calls like a pro—confidently leading, guiding, updating, and advising
Respond to client questions and requests quickly and clearly (mostly via email and Slack-style chat)
Update project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, etc.) to keep everything on track and everyone informed
Collaborate with our internal creative, media buying, and strategy teams to make sure campaigns are humming
Identify red flags before they turn into fires—and solve problems without needing someone to hold your hand
🧠 You Should Have:
Exceptional communication skills (like scary good—concise, clear, and confident)
A proactive, independent work ethic—you get ahead of problems and don’t wait for permission
Experience working with clients or managing relationships (agency or freelance background is a big plus)
Familiarity with digital marketing terms and tools is helpful, but not required
A player mindset—you love winning, learning, and making things better every week
