Overview

Sales Support Associate
Location: Remote | Department: Sales | Type: Part-Time (Approx. 10 hrs/week)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to assist our growing e-commerce team. This part-time role (approximately 10 hours per week) is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and looking to earn additional income with premium flexibility and uncapped commission potential.

You’ll support inbound inquiries, assist trade customers, follow up on quotes, and help keep our sales process running smoothly. We’re a fast-paced, customer-first business — and we reward results. In addition to a monthly base pay, this role offers uncapped commissions based on sales supported or closed.

Core Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, or ticket system

Assist the sales team with quote generation, product questions, and order tracking

Follow up with customers to move quotes to conversions

Communicate with vendors and logistics partners to confirm availability and estimated delivery

Maintain accurate customer records and quote status updates in our CRM

Identify upsell opportunities and recommend complementary products when appropriate

Provide support to trade customers and contractors needing pricing or product guidance

Qualifications
